LATAM Pass Report: Match
To LATAM Pass Black
It took some time - emailed them (in Spanish) sending my Latam itinerary and a copy of my StarAlliance Gold card. Got a response they matched only if there was at least one Latam flight done. After my first Latam flight, contacted them again - no response. Had 5 flights at a total - nothing. Today randomly checked my account - status changed to Black :) I would have not known it as there was no email from Latam.
