They only upgrade one level up, so I went from Blue to Silver. It took them about 2 weeks and I had to send a kind reminded. Just go to your emirates account and:
•From the top menu bar, select ‘Help Centre’ > ‘Contact Emirates’
•Select ‘Emirates Skywards’ from the Topic drop down menu
They did ask for 6 month statements from my AAdvantage account besides the digital card from my app.
