Therefore, in order to better assess your tier status eligibility, please send us in a return email the following information as .jpg, .bmp or .tif files with a total file size of less than 6 MB: - Your 10-digit Asia Miles membership number if you are already a member. - Copies of boarding passes or travel dates and flight numbers of the flights you have taken with Cathay Pacific or Cathay Dragon within the past 12 months (if NOT already shown in your Asia Miles account) - Future travel schedule on Cathay Pacific / Cathay Dragon with booking reference / confirmed flight details - Copies of your Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer account statements showing the DATES and ROUTES of the flights you have taken for the past 12 months (if screenshots are provided, it is IMPORTANT to also capture your name, tier status, membership number and membership validity for our reference) For your additional information, a Marco Polo Club membership period is valid for 12 months from the date enrolment is successfully processed or upon every membership renewal. Travel completed before the start of a 12-month membership period may be taken into consideration when reviewing tier status eligibility. Only qualifying travel completed WITHIN a 12-month membership period may count towards membership renewal/upgrade.
